Congratulations BJ!

Yup, that's right! Our own BJ Ward is getting married! 

Meet Alisha Allred. 

She sounds like a pretty cool chick.

Here are some facts about Alisha soon-to-be Ward.

She is is from Raymond, Alberta. (Yup, another Canadian. Hi Alan!)

She is the 2nd oldest of 6. Brother, her, 2 brothers and then 2 sisters.

She plays rugby. Rad.

But her favorite is Basketball. She plays for BYU-I. She's good.

She just got into the nursing program and will graduate next July.

I am sure there is MUCH more to know about her, but it's a start.

BJ and Alisha have known each other for about 2 years now. 

They were in the same ward and first got to know each other through being in the same FHE group.

Over this period of time they both kinda had a crush on one another and would go out on dates here and there. They like to hike, motorbike and play in the mud. 

But then about 4 months ago they decided to get pretty serious about it. 

Then over the weekend BJ took her on an evening hike and proposed to her at sunset.

She said yes.
